Had fun with some tasty vegetarian food for dinner tonight - Zuchini, mint and Halloumi fritters, with grilled Halloumi and salad, served with homemade preserved lemon. Rather Yummy if I say so myself.

An art day...in the country

Today my art group met at the home of one of our members who lives on a property near the river. It was such a beautiful Queensland day, lots of sun blue skies and a cool breeze. We set up out on the verandah of the old Queenslander house and had fun getting creative. It was so inspiring to be out in the beauty of the area and encouraging one anothers creative projects.
I took lots of photos in the garden before we left. It was so nice to have such a refreshing and relaxing time after such a busy and rather stressful week.

Yummy dinner

Decided to cook dinner tonight and enjoyed the creativity of trying some new colours and flavours. Moroccan Kofta with tomato sauce on a bed of lemon couscous, with a greek style salad.
