culinary experimenting
The last few days I have watched too many food shows - got me inspired to experiment with a few meals.
On the weekend I had a go at a pork chopped, on a bed of mash potato, apsaragus, and fresh apple sauce and potato crisps.
Next I had a go at my own version of steak and salad...cous cous salad with fresh herbs, char grilled cherry tomato and steak - which was very Yummy.
